At four weeks of age Punch and his littermates were rescued by Boxer Rescue of L.A. (BRLA) from a shelter in Southern California. They spent the next four weeks in a BRLA foster home where one of Punch's sisters still resides. She is a special-needs little girl and the foster home has heart. To see some of these early litter photos, visit Jabber Gets A New Little Step-Brother. Punch's story continues here once he was old enough to be rehomed from his litter.
I count back from the day Punch was rescued by BRLA, the four weeks he was said to be. I henceforth deem December 14, 2004 to be his his birthday forevermore. |

2005 Bountiful Puppy Cuteness As you can see, it was most certainly a bountiful year |
2005 - 2006: Calibrations I kept pretty accurate documentation of Punch's growth because it didn't take us long to realize he was gonna be a big'on. |
Based on Punch's size at 7 months, my friend Leslie from BRLA projected Punch's 12 month size. Wiseguy. |
And another calibration. This one is Punch in his Li'l Slugger outfit at 2 months, then again at 8 months. Me thinks I should have taken one when he grew into the outfit, and before he outgrew it. |
We are packing them in at a rather fast pace. Please come back to visit Punch often as we bring you current. |
